There are many questions that need to be asked here. Is your kitten still with the mother? Is it still nursing? What symptoms is the kitten displaying, such as diarrhea, sneezing, eyes and nose discharge, are the gums pale? You need to take your kitten to the vet now.

A 5 week old kitten is still very young and should be taken to a vet or animal hospital as soon as possible. If there is none around, keep the kitten warm and nurished.

Take her to your Vet's right as soon as you are able to get her in. Kittens have weak immune system when they are babies since everything is developing still. If she were to go off food and water she could get dehydrated and an animal can only go a few days without water before dying.
