How can I help a malnourished kitten?

The first thing to do would be to give the kitten a bowl of warm milk, then i would call a vet to examine the kitten.

Obviously you need to feed her with cat food regularly & give her enough water. You might want to give her some vitamins to supplement her good nutrition and health. If it does not work, ask a vet doctor about what you can do. She may have a disease of some kind.

Feed her frequent small amounts. Don't overfeed her. Feed her every 2 hours for right now. Give her small amounts of milk from a pet store. Do not give her cow's milk.
