Well, usually those bumps disappear gradually. But it could be a mosquito bite, apply some ointment. Otherwise, I suggest you put some honey on it. The size will decrease

Whatever you do, do not pick or touch the cluster. This will only cause it to spread or get worse. Keep the area clean.

You should see your primary doctor or a dermatologist to evaluate the lesions. Changing or growing lesions should be seen by a doctor.
