I have a large pimple under my arm.

Pimples under your armpit are more than likely caused by an ingrown hair. The best way to deal with these is to use a hot compress and then gently scrub the area to loosen the hair. Then use tweezers to pluck out the hair when it is loosened.

What you may have is a boil. If it has a head on it you can use a sterilized needle to lance and drain it. If not sure see doctor.

A red bump under the armpit may look like a pimple, but it is actually another form of skin irritation. Bumps like these can be caused by shaving, tight clothing, and other various things. The bumps will usually clear up if left alone.

A pimple under your arm is just like any other pimple - either you pop it, or you wait for it to pop and go away.
