If it is on bottle feeding it should be like a normal stool, because it is eating some baby food also. If it breast fed their stools have a mushy yellow color to it for some reason.

Unless you have changed her food to giving her some baby food or cereal along with the breastmilk, it should look the way it always has. If there was something that you ate recently that you haven't since she was born it could be upsetting her stomach. If you can't figure it out talk to your pediatrician.

A baby that is breastfed may have stools that change in color - sometimes having the occasional green stool! She might even skip a few days between bowel movements.

If you have recently added solid foods, your baby's stool may change. If it is hard and/or dry, then your baby might be constipated. Try giving the baby water, prune juice or pear juice to help. Otherwise, contact your pediatrician.
