Sure. You have a chance of being pregnant. Check with your gynecologist or as a initial step, get a urine test done for confirmation.

Once you give birth, you are no longer pregnant. However, women are especially fertile right after giving birth, and if you have had unprotected intercourse since then, it is entirely possible that you have a new pregnancy.

You could very well be pregnant, however this soon after having a baby it is not likely. Chances are your cycle is not back to normal after giving birth.
