You should ask your gynecologist what foods or medications you should stop taking before you try to get pregnant. If you get pregnant and you are consuming medications or alcohol, that can harm the baby. You may also ask the doctor if you should start taking supplements.

Id have them make sure your eggs are ok, that your body can handle the extra weight. Id also talk to them about possible side effects that might happen like needing progesterine.

Before becoming pregnant one needs to prepare their body. A good place is to contact the doctor to have an exam and discuss any current medical problems that might interfer with becoming pregnant. Discussion of food and exercise should also come into play.

A question would be if you have any heredidarity illnesses in your family history that might effect the baby and be treated before birth. Also the risks would be helpful.
