What plants should be put in with a betta fish in a bowl with snails?

The Chinese Evergreen is the best water plant to use, it tolerates very low lighting and it's a hydroponic plant & not toxic to the fish. The plant also produces oxygen into the air.

You can put in whatever plants that you want they won't bother the fish or the snails but they will give the fish a place to hide.

You can put in either live or artificial plants with betta fish. If you use artifical plants, be sure to use soft ones such as those made of silk, as a betta's flowing fins can be caught and tear on hard plastic plants.

Any freshwater aquarium plant that is sold at the pet store is good for your betta fish bowl. I would recommend the small bamboo plants, as they don't need much light, and don't grow that quick which could cause your tank to become dirtier. This in my opinion, is the best option.

You should only use freshwater plants in a bowl with betta fish and snails. If you use any other plants, they may be toxic for the fish.

Betas are the easiest fish in the world to maintain and you can put in any plant that you find attractive. Just make sure the plant doesn't take over the entire bowl and make it difficult for your Beta to swim. But please don't put snails in the bowl - the breed uncontrolably.
