A long trip to Disney World, Sea World and Universal is great. Cheaper hotel rates, sales on tickets, and behind-the-scenes tours - plus you are near Kennedy and the beach.
Consider a cruise. You can get great rates if you go at a time that it's not at a popular time (like school vacations. Then you can go a ton of places in three weeks, every morning you'll wake up in a new place.
It depends on where you are but if you are in the northern hemisphere, it's wonderful to go to Australia or New Zealand when its off season in the north.
A good place to go is the mountains of North Carolina or Tennessee. You can rent cabins and go fishing or canoeing. The crowds would have gone home by now and you can always go into town for sightseeing and shopping. Also try Australia or New Zealand. At this tim of year it is winter and not too crowded.
You should consider Key West, Florida, which has one of the best climates year-round due to its location geographically on the globe. Italy is also a good place to visit year-round, as well as Africa.
