What places other than France do people speak French?

I need to know where people speak French, other than France.

If you're looking for other countries where people speak French intelligibly, I'd recommend you go to Québec (Canada), Belgium, Switzerland or Luxembourg. Any other place would have mixed accents often hard to understand.

Many countries especially in Europe and Africa, including Quebec (Canada), Belgium, Monaco, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Seychelles, Haiti, DRC, Madagascar, Cameroon, Cote D'Ivoire, Senegal, Mali, Guinea, Rwanda, Chad, Togo and Djibouti.

There are several countries, other than France, where French is spoken. Some of the more well-known countries include Belgium, some areas of eastern Canada, Guinea, and Equatorial Guinea. French is also spoken in Madagascar and some countries in Africa as well.

The main other place would be Canada but if your looking for more it would be any place where France had earlier control.
