You will need the original contract and have to hire a real estate attorney to draw up a purchase and sale agreement.

There should be a sales contract between buyer and seller of the timeshare. Title insurance is, also, an option. You will need to address the specifics of the sale and of the timeshare clearly. A closing will need to take place to transfer ownership.

The terms and conditions of selling a timeshare are defined well in the Time sharing agreement and you would have to go in for that agreement
