Which religion requires that women wear skirts and or dresses instead of pants?

I know that growing up in NJ, I typically associated the Amish Country in Pennsylvania--Mennonites--as always wearing skirts. Look on wikipedia at "Ordnung," where you'll see that it describes pretty much unwritten rules for the Amish, and among the list is "color and style of clothing. "

Orthodox Judaism requires women to wear skirts or dresses. The reason: women are not supposed to wear men's garments and pants are considered to be a garment that is typicaly worn by men.

My in-laws go to a Baptist church, and the pastor of that church will not tolerate a woman in anything but a dress. The pastor at the Baptist church that they attended previously said the same thing.
