You can make gurgling sounds in the throat and when you speak your words come out from the throat. You can make noise through your thoat without speaking.
Well, all I know is that my throat provides the snoring sound which irritates my husband sometimes. Some people have a condition that makes throat noises and my Chiropractor has that. He sounds like he has a hard time breathing and it sounds irritating sometimes.
