On a cruise you need to pack, travel documents, camera, journal, phone and charger, with adaptor if required, swimmers, tshirts, shorts, skirts, underwear, socks, evening wear for formal dinners, smart casual outfits, spray jacket, nightwear, any medication you require, sunglasses, sunscreen, hat, comfortable flat shoes, watershoes for any water activities,

Layer! Even if you're going to a warm destination, the ship will be windy and chilly at night. Be sure to bring a light weight sweater to wear on deck.

emergency contact numbers from home, travel alarm clock, medical information, medical insurance card, medication prescription/noneprescription, picture I.D., auto insurance card in case you want to rent a car,cell phone and charger, travel alarm clock,sunscreen,anti-bacterial wipes, camera, batteries, extra memory cards,fannypack. Copy passport and leave a copy with someone back home.

Number one thing is the Dramamine. You don't want sea-sickness to ruin the cruise. Bring clothing for the weather you're expecting but also something for the opposite just in case. Sunscreen is always a must and your usually going away items. Remember that on the water at night will be very cool.
