Ural Mountains are located in Russia and it's orientation is north-south. It acts as a natural border between Europe and Asia, all the way from the coast of Arctic ocean to northern border of Kazakhstan.
It's the Ural Mountains. They run north/south for about 1500 miles. They're not super high, about 6000 feet at the highest point. Along with the Caspian Sea they do create the natural boundary between Europe and Asia.
