A bad kisser is someone who slobbers all over you, rushes the kiss, knocks teeth with you, bites you on accident, or someone who you simply don't have a romantic connection with.

If they are to aggresive is the response most people have. Also, the timing, or how fast or slow they are at kissing. It's a hard thing to teach, but some people have it, and some people don't. I would suggest going with the flow of the person you are kissing.

Lack of passion. A kiss must be felt from the heart, not merely two lips touching. A bad kisser is also all over the place.
