Do your best to not open your mouth too far, and mould your kiss shape to that of the person you are kissing. You should not use your tongue at first. As the kiss progresses, you can try to put a little of your tongue into the other person's mouth, should they be willing

I think slow and smooth, and go with the person you are kissing. Don't be rushed, to forward, or aggresive, as this has a tendency to throw the other person off.

What defines a perfect kiss is a matter of personal preference. However, certain things should be avoided. Kisses should not be too wet, that is gross and nobody enjoys a wet sloppy kiss unless it is from a dog. Also don't open your mouth and stick in your tongue the first time you kiss someone, get to know them first.

Start with a simple kiss and alter it depending on who you are kissing. Different people like different styles. But start with a gentle slightly open mouth.
