I would check your dog for allergies especially ones to food which can cause skin problems in a cocker spaniel. The breed is known to develop allergies to beef, chicken, milk, eggs, corn, wheat and even soy. Allergy tests should be done by the vet to determine if problem.
Yeah mine is alergic to chicken and milk. It was hard to find food he can eat now. add a comment
