It depends on the the type of ceremony. If your spouse is getting married for the first time, wear whatever you want. If you are doing s smaller, less formal wedding, look for a more simple white suit or dress, or an alternate color like silver or beige.

You have so many more options of wedding dress styles with a second wedding. You are not bound to a white dress, but there is no longer much stigma around the significance of a white dress. Most often, second marriages call for an ivory dress. Ivory is a very popular color of dress.
