What kind of water should I give to rabbits?

Usually you can give rabbits tap water or hose water as long as there aren't chemicals or pesticides in it. They don't need bottled or filtered water, just make sure there aren't chemicals in the water you give them.

Your rabbit should have fresh water available at all times. Use a water bottle or crock bowl. Water bottle is harder to clean (change water and cleaned at least every week) but it keeps the water fresh because it cannot be tipped over or have hay and droppings falling in there. Bowls should be clean everyday to prevent contamination.

The water to be given to the rabbits should be boiled first and then cooled down so as to kill the germs.

You can give them regular tap water or if you use a water filter you can give them some of filtered water. Basically the same water you drink should be fine.
