If your cat has a urinary tract infection, he or she doesn't need vitamins, but antibiotics from your veterinarian. You should be careful with giving vitamins/minerals to cats, especially cats that are having urinary troubles. Cats can develop "grit" in their urine from too many minerals and it can cause infections and also blocking, which is life-threatening in male cats.

If your cat has a urinary tract infection, no vitamins will help this condition. An infection will require a trip to the vet for some antibiotics to clear up the infection.

for a UTI you can possibly give some all-natural fresh cranberry juice (pure, no additives). However, the best thing to do is take your cat to a vet for a diagnosis and proper treatment options.
