What kind of store or shop would carry rain boots for kids?

Many Walmart, Target, Kmart, Ross, Marshalls, T.J. Maxx, Payless, Hello Kitty, JC Penney. I've seen many selections at all these stores.

The rain boots styled like Wellingtons are in style right now, so it's actually pretty easy to find them. Check out Target they were carrying a lot of different styles recently.

There are some specialty stores that have lots of rain gear otherwise try department stores. I know Target usually has super cute ones!

You could always check Payless always a good place to start. If they don't have anything Target, Meijer, Shopko, or Walmart might have something.
