I am sure that the Hallmark Gold Crown stores carry musical plates, also if you have a party city or party store nearby you should be able to find one.

I saw that Ebay sells musical cake stands for around twenty dollars. Lenox Cake-ware is a good brand that sells singing cake plates.

A novelty store or party store is the most likely source to find an item like this.Try Oriental Trading Company,Party City,Michael's,Diddums,and maybe Aaron Brothers.Target,Dollar Tree,and Big Lots may have something like this,too.
