If you look adjacent to the oil pan you'll see the oil pressure switch. From there assuming you have the parts needed. It's a simple process.

Above the oil filter on the passengers side. if your reading are still different I would suspect an oil pump. Remove the obvious screws-sides-bottom-bottom of window glass. Feel for 2 screws one near each lower corner of the fabric panel. After that pull the panel at the lower side it is held with plastic push in studs

Locate the oil pressure switch, use suitable socket to unbolt the switch, put pipe thread tape on threads of new switch and replace.

Usually the oil pressure switch is located in the area around the oil filter. It usually has 1 wire going to it. It is a threaded connection to the block. With engine off, unplug the wire and gently unscrew the old switch. Screw in the new switch and reattach the wire.

Mostly oil pressure switch is located near oil filter as a threaded joint. If you want to remove the old switch you want to release the two screws at lower edge of the plate. After that you can install new one.

Appears to be near the oil filter with one wire and a threaded connection to block. Have engine off carefully unscrew old one put new one in and reconnect wire.
