What kind of personality should I expect from a border terrier mix?

It depends on which breed the dog takes after more. Terrier dogs tend to be aggressive, and will tear up anything within reach. Collies are protective, and territorial. This mixed breed is a good match for people with no kids, or older kids, but keep your belongings out of reach.

It depends which dog they take after more. If it has any type of border collie in it though, expect destructive behavior if not exercised enough. Both breeds require exercise often. Also expect the herding instinct to kick in if it takes after a border collie more. It should be a great dog though.

This dog is said to offer the best of both worlds. He is usually more even tempered than a lot of other terriers. He is affectionate, getting along well with people and other dogs.He will be alert and mild mannered.

This mix of dog will be very active. They will chew things or destroy the house if they become bored. This dog breed will also be very intelligent. This meas that they will be easy to train.

Very intelligent and it will require good training they are need to stay active but if they are trained their activity will not become distructive to them or theri surroundings.

The border terrier mix is a really good dog. If you live in an appartement this dog is for you because he don't need to much space.
