What kind of exercise do you like to do in the morning?

I don't want to sweat for the next two hours, though.

I always start my day by doing slow stretching. This gets my blood flowing and my joints ready for more work. I then do sit ups. I do these slowly until I just can't do another one. I also do my strength training in the morning. I work either with exercise bands or dumbbells.

Stationary bike plus weights. I pop in a movie I didn't finish and do 20 minutes on the bike while using light weights for the arms.
