What kinds of exercises are beneficial for those with winging scapula?

I'd like to try to improve the condition through exercise. How do I go about doing this?

Most of the common arm weigh lifting exercises will help. The key is to add the weight slowly, progressively and pay attention to pain or any other symptoms as soon as they appear. Make sure to monitor your progress and closely with a physician and follow the recommendations for your specific case.

I think everyone knows how to do a pullup. Overhand, underhand, mixed grip…doesn't matter. I find both kipping and deadhang pullups to be beneficial.
