What kind of battery does a Canon G5 take?

It's a simple question, at least for someone who knows about this stuff. Canon G5 use a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. I don't know about any non-rechargeable batteries that works for cannon G5, and I don't really care about it,as much time as I have the rechageable ones. I hope this was a good answer

Canon PowerShot G5 uses BP-511 rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack,you can also powerup camera using dc adapter provided with camera, if you want to turn on camera for longer terms. No you can not use any non-rechargeable batteries to powerup your camera because its only run by battery provided by canon.
