What kind of a rash are these small tiny bumps on my hands and feet?

It could be caused by sun poisoning. In that case, use sunscreen. Using a new laundry detergent is another. If you do yard work, it could be caused by something in the plants or grass that you are allergic to. Also, dust mites in the house or animal dander could be another cause.

this virus usually causes itching to the hand and feet it spreads quickly and forms a small bumps till the virus is cured the bumps remain it is nothing but virus only

they might be caused by eczema,heat rash or stress. cover your skin at the most of it and consult a dermatologist as soon as possible

This could be from poisonous plants or anything that you might have touched that someone else might have and that could have caused the problem. Another thing is you might be allergic to something and it is shown that you might have got it on both limbs some how when you were doing something.

This may be a form of athlete's foot fungus which can spread if you are not cautious about hand washing or two separate conditions demontrating a similar rash
