Many bugs cause a red knot, it just depends if you are alergic to that bug. Many red knots are caused by alergic reaction. many doctors belive that they are more commonly related to spider bites and mesquito bites and small beatle bites but it is nothing to worry about if you rub perscribed cream on it.
