What is your own personal way of reducing the effects of alcohol?

I think eating food helps to reduce the effects, but other than that, is there any other way?

Drinking one soft drink (such as cola or water) for every alcoholic drink you have will help keep you hydrated and stop you from having such a bad hangover the next day. Drinking milk before you start drinking alcohol is also supposed to help line your stomach.

The ill effects of alcohol can somewhat be reduced by daily exercise and physical yoga. By means of yoga deep cleansing of internal organs,which may be damaged by the effect of alcohol,takes place. Taking daily exercise and doing physical yoga will reduce the toxins accumulated in the body due to long term intake of alcohol.
