It is never suggested that you take antibiotics with alcohol, because it reduces the effectiveness of them completely. Taking antibiotics alongside alcohol counteracts the antibiotics, as if you hadn't taken it in the first place. This can cause the infection to return and remain resistant to the medicine, since you did not treat it effectively.

It is better not to drink while taking any antobiotics because it can reduce the effectiveness. In most cases it is fine to have maybe one drink like if you go out to eat. But you don't have to take them long so try just to wait. It is never good to drink while on any medicines.
