What is wrong if I am unable to charge a Motorola v323i phone?

It is either the charger, battery or connections within the phone, If your phone doesn't hold a charge its the battery, if it doesn't indicate its charging at all its one of the other two, to determine which it is plug in a different charger, if it works its the charger. If not its the phone.

You may need a new phone charger, or there may be something wrong with the phone itself. Test it in another charger, then take it in.

It could be a couple of things. It could be that your battery is completely dead and you need to buy a new battery, you might need to buy a new charger, or the prongs inside the phone are bent or broken.

The problem can be because either the adapter pins might have got damaged.it also can be due to the damage of the charge port.rough usage of charge pin in the port can damage it and the port may be detached from the chip.the reason most probably is due to the port damage.

Either damage to the phone keeps a circuit from forming, or the battery's life has run out and it needs to be replaced.
