Vodka does not really have a shelf life as long as it is kept in normal condition. I've seen aged vodka for 20 years. As long as it's not in the sun it should be fine after ten years and if it was sealed tight.
Has the bottle been opened? Vodkas are some of the most stable liqors. Unopened it has an indifinite shelf life, but it can lose some of its flavor once opened.
