The rash could be a variety of things but it could be caused by some bacterial infection and should be taken care of right away.

The rash on the sides of your mouth is most likely due to a lack of moisturization of the lips. You might try using some chapstick to eliminate the rash. Another possibility is herpes in which case any type of cold sore treatment will all you to get rid of them.

A rash on either side of your mouth could be related to trush or could also be some type of facial fungus. If you have had sexual contact orally with anyone you need to have this checked out and get an antifungal cream.

There could be different reasons to have rash in the mouth. It sounds that you have rashes on the sides of your mouth. Commony rashes appear because of two reason. It could either be due to a fungal disease probably candidiasis or due to the deficiency of vitamin C. Can get it checked.
