Gray bumps may be due to calcium or citric deficiency. In order to get rid of these bumps eat a lot of citric fruits and calcium substitute tablets to strengthen your gums and teeth.

That gray bump could be one of many different things. Most of the time it is just plaque build, tarter, or calculus. If it is non of those it could be that you got a cavity and it is food that is on the tooth that is a sticky kind of food.

This is possibly decay and should be examined by your dentist at your earliest convenience. The bump will get larger, as the decay will spread to more areas of this tooth. If not taken care of promptly, it will begin to cause you pain and the treatment will become more extensive.

This could be an abscess, and infection in the gum, but it could be something else. It's best to get it checked out by your dentist. Keep brushing and flossing.
