One of the best things to do in New Jersey over Labor Day weekend is to go down the shore. Since it is the last weekend of the summer, everyone is partying. Try Seaside Heights. There are games, rides, shops, bars...Lots of fun!

Well, there is a lot to do. You can go out for pizza and spend time with your family. I'd go over to Times Square in New York (an hour away) to enjoy the fireworks.
