1990 Pontiac Grand Am LE 2dr Coupe: Per Edmunds 'true market value', dealer Trade-In $50., private party $155., dealer retail $329. You can have customizable appraisals done online or by someone in your area that list optional equipment and condition. There are regional adjustment and probably add another 150. for low mileage.

A 1990 Grand Am isn't an incredibly desirable car, so if it were in mint condition, it wouldn't be worth $12000. The worth of this car lies in the fact that it is merely a car that isn't junk. If your car has 25K-35k miles on it, you could sell it for $6000.
