Few centers release success rates, the actual rate of pregnancy success varies. Success rates are known to vary greatly by the particular doctor's skill.

The sucess rate is low compared to IVF or using donor sperm. since the reasons are low morph and low mobility it will reflect in the sucess rate. Though IUI has a greateer sucess rate than natural methods, (6 to 20 %) the sucess rate also depends on the type of infertility.

There is a very high success rate for an Intrauterine insemination. I'm not an expert but I'd say within the first couple months your wife could get pregnant. Good luck!

By placing the sperm closer to the eggs during ovulation you will increase your chances to about 20 to 50% of becoming pregnant.

The success rate is not as expected in case of people with male factor infertility issues. It has been successful for some people, but it depends on various factors again.
