No one in particular. The Statue of Freedom is a Greco-Roman-style woman with a sword and a winner's laurel wreath. She's 19 1/2' tall, about 15,000 lbs. She's bronze and was designed by artist Thomas Crawford. She's been there since 1863, except for time spent being restored.
