I just recently put together a badminton court in my backyard if it is going to be for doubles it should be 20 feet by 44 feet and if it is a singles court it should be 17 feet by 44 feet.

The overall dimension of a badminton court is 20 feet by 44 feet. There are outside lines along the side marks the area for doubles play while the inside lines mark the area for singles play. The net line marks the middle creating a 20 feet by 22 feet area on each side of the net.

The Demensions are 20 feet by 44 feet, Net is 5 feet high, Can be played with singles or doubles.
