What is the shelf life of chicory when it is roasted?

Answer by  Lorie55 (21)

Chicory may be eaten as salad or when roasted maybe added to coffee. Roasting hickory takes off its liquid content thus, preserving it. I would consider roasted chicory as semi perishable which may last for a year or two. It may last more than 2 years but the taste will be lessened or diminished the longer it is stored.
