The heart rate increases with exercise. People who exercise often tend to have lower heart rates during exercise, because their cardiovascular system is healthier.

Exercise increases your heart rate because by exercising your body requires more oxygen to get to the muscles and the only way to get more oxygen to them is to breathe harder and your heart to pump faster.

When you exercise, in order to get cardiovascular benefits, you want to get your heart rate up into a zone where your heart is working hard and building strength. Exactly what rate your heart should be beating at in order to get these benefits depends on your age. Most people recommend 30-45 minutes of keeping the heart rate elevated.

Our Cardiovascular system is the one functioning when we do exercises. This is the second part of the human body that receives the information coming from the central headquarters of our body which is the brain that says or alarm us if we will continue the work we are doing.Meaning our heart decide and the body will do the work.
