The ratio of neutral fats compared to other fats are 2 to 1. Where neutral fats (triglycerides) has approximately double the amount of other fats such as saturated, unsaturated etc. The name 'neutral fat' is given because it is the most common type of fat. The combination of Hyperphospholipidemia and neutral fats increase the plasma in the Pathogenesis of Hypercholesteremia.
