These booties are to protect chairs legs from scratching and marking. Chairs legs are constantly being bumped and while sitting people often rest their foot against them so booties stop markings. They also stop chairs legs from scratching the floor. Chairs also move easier with booties on the legs and stop screeching noise when moved.
