Buscopan is the brand name of an anti-spasm medication called hyoscine. It can relieve crampy pain, such as period pain and muscle pain. The injected form can have a longer effect than the oral form.
Buscopan is an anti-spasmotic. It's used for the relief of abdominal pain caused by excessive gas, gastroenteritis, the pain associated with PMS, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and similar problems.
