Clean the pierced area three times a day with saline solution for eight weeks to prevent any infections from starting, and be sure to always touch the pierced areas with clean hands. If any fluid comes out of the tragus piercing, don't clean it up with your hands. Use saline.

Make sure you keep the site clean and dry. Try apply campho pheniqyue ointment on it three times a day for the forst week or two. Try not to bang it or irritate it.
