You are asking about two very serious affections to the functioning of the heart. You don't need to be asking me, I don't have the room here, or the knowledge to address this- you need to be consulting your cardiologist.

In very healthy people a RBBB and LAFB may have a good prognosis, but for patients with other morbidities such as poor circulation, history of heart and/or vessel disease, kidney damage, diabetes, hypertension, smoking, etc. the prognosis significantly worsens. In addition, having these after a heart attack makes the prognosis worse for a patient past 5 years.

This is a question you must ask your cardiologist. There are too many factors to base an answer on. For example: What degree (%) of severity for the blockages? What other medical conditions do you have? What drugs are you on? How is your general health? Are you overweight? Do you smoke? Have you ever had a heart attack?

Two blocks on both sides of the body, the prognosis is not going to be good.Surgery sounds like it would be the first consideration. It sounds like one block is in the heart which is a serious and tricky surgery to perform, the second block may have another option for clearing the block.

You should get plenty of rest and take care of yourself. A medicine will be required to aid the recovery.
