The head gasket is going to be really cheap just for the part but if you also need to find someone to do the labor it can be in the 2 to 3 thousand dollar range.

The older the model the cheaper the gasket. Could be anywhere from 40 something bucks to over about 250 dollars.

Without knowing the year and engine I cannot say. I can go to a parts store's website like Advance Autoparts or Autozone and look up parts prices yourself though.

The head gakets are fairly cheap, probably $100-$200. However the labor is going to be very expensive. The engine must be partially dis-assembled in order to reach where the gaskets go, causing the labor to be 5-10 hours. However this is a must-needed repair.
