What is the nutritional value of watermelon?

I eat a ton of watermelon and wanted to make sure it was good for me.

Watermelon is great for you. Obviously it has a lot of water in it. The body needs to stay hydrated to work well. Watermelon is also a great source of vitamins and minerals. Make sure you are eating lots of different types of fruit and veggies though to make sure you get all the vitamins you need.

Watermelon is not bad for you. It has a lot of Vitamins A and C and some other minerals and vitamins. It is mostly a carbohydrate which mean is has sugar in it. But it's a natural sugar. Lots of water, too. I think you're okay eating your watermelon.

Watermelon is fairly healthy, with a very high water content. It is very low in calories and is a great fat free snack.

Watermelon is loaded with lyeopene a powerful antioxidant which help prevents cancers. Studies have found that heart patients were low in lyeopene. Watermelon is one of the cheapest fruits you can buy. You get more for your money. Only buy by the half then you can see what your getting.

Watermelon has alot of vitamin c in it as well as water. Therefore, it is very good for you especially in the summer when you need to stay hydrated. It is low in fat also.
